SFRPD Process to reclaim unused TimeSlots

A STEP BY STEP GUIDE TO RECLAIM UNUSED TIMESLOTS 

• STEP 1 Logon and visit CityStaff:Manage-TimeSlots.  There is a Saved Personal Criteria #1 which includes
  • the Fields that are synthetic turf  
  • the Levels that have TimeSlots of 90 minutes or longer
  • the Dates for the next two weeks
  • only those TimeSlots with a Status = "Available"
• Scan the Results List.   Look for any TimeSlots that have a non-Zero Match Number.    If you see one that may be indicative of a problem as the TeimSlot Status should be "Reserved"
• STEP 2 Click the Action.   You will be asked to confirm and click the Action a second time.  This will set the Status of the TimeSlots in the Results List to "Returned To City"

• • Your screen will tell you the TimeSlot Key values and the number timeslots that had their Status changed.   

• • The displayed Results List should now have no entries

• STEP 3 Click on the Select Next Criteria icon in the Action area

    

• • The Results List now is using your saved Personal_2 Criteria
  • The Results List shows those TimeSlots that are Status = "Returned To City"

 

• STEP 4 Click on the icon in the Action area

• • How download actually works in your environment is a function of the hardware and browser you are using.  The downloaded file will be named in a {date}.{table}.{Website} convention

• STEP 5 Use the downloaded data to create entries in the SFRPD field management system.
