Understanding how SelfSchedule rules work will aid in maintenance of SelfSchedule rules. See SelfSchedule Rules for a description of the SelfSchedule rules currently in use.
There can be specific SelfSchedule Rules for subsets of the Matches table defined by: + Users, + Clubs, + Gender, + Agelevels, + PlayingLeague, + Class, + Brackets, + Season. The SelfSchedule Rule must be entered into the table of SelfSchedule Rules. You can see the current table of SelfSchedule rules at Staff:Options-Patterns. (Some of the columns in this display are minimized to save space on your screen. Hover over a column with your mouse to see the contents. Click on the triangle to see all the contents of a column. ) Each SelfSchedule Rule has an input variable(s). The current input can be seen as the 'Data' value at Staff:Options-Patterns. These values appear as the 'Limit' when SelfSchedule rules are applied to a Match.
The most common subset will be Clubs. So different Clubs can have different values for these adjustable SelfSchedule Rules.
The website Administrator can add or edit SelfSchedule rules. The Administrator goes to Administrator:Options-Patterns and establishes a new Rule.
Request Rule establishes which Staff will receive Notices for Manual requests. The data value in the Request rule is the Staff's User Table Key Number. You can find your User Table Key Number by going to Services:Profile.
