How to Coordinate GotSoccer to TimeSlots.SFYS and TimeSlots.SFYS to Pensra

Routine Checking by ClubOfficers

We recommend to logon to [clasAcronym] once a week - say on Tuesday.

GotSoccer-Load

These pages look for matches at GotSoccer that should be in the SFYS TimeSlots database and are either not in the SFYS TimeSlots database or different in the SFYS TimeSlots database.

Go to ClubOfficer:GotSoccer-Load . Enter the next two weeks into the date range. Select your Club. Select an Event. Set the Display pulldown to Add+Update+Warning. Click Show. Deal with any matches that appear with an icon in the Action column.
Repeat for other Events.

GotSoccer-Check

This looks for matches that are in SFYS TimeSlots, and should be in GotSoccer. Finds those matches that are no longer in GotSoccer.

Go to ClubOfficer:GotSoccer-Check. Select the next two weeks into the date range. (You can enter today and +2 weeks.) Select the Event. Click Show. Deal with any matches that have the Warning icon in the Action column.

Tools-Check Pensra

This looks for matches that are in SFYS TimeSlots and are not the same or missing in Pensra.

Go to ClubOfficer:Tools-Check Pensra. Fill in a date range and fragment of your Club Name. Set Results?=Failures. Click Show. Deal with any matches that appear. You may need to go to each Match and click Update. Matches in SFYS TimeSlots are moved to Pensra (or checked against Pensra) when they are updated in SFYS TimeSlots .
