Add an event to the Calendar / What's New
Add a What's New Entry
Go to Administrator:Manage-Events
Click on the 'Add a new entry?' icon 
Give the topic a Title
Click on What's New 
Click on the 'Title?' if you want the title to be displayed. Otherwise the date will be displayed.
Write your announcement in the Description box. Note that you can use text formatting. See RidgeStar
help for details of text formatting.
Enter an expiration date --- THIS IS REQUIRED
Enter a URL if you want a link.
