How to switch Home and Away Teams

SFYS TimeSlots Home Team and Out of Area Away Team

The match originally scheduled for the SFYS Timeslots affiliated team will now be played not using SFYS TimeSlots.

• SFYS affiliated team does NOT select a TimeSlot
• SFYS affiliated team contacts SFYS Staff to mark the match as Cancelled.
  No the match is not cancelled in real life, it is just cancelled as far as this SFYS Timeslots website is concerned.
• Team should change the Home and Away team in GotSoccer
  GotSoccer-Load and GotSoccer-Check should flag the match if it has not been cancelled in SFYS TimeSlots. Visting the detail page of the match should flag the match if it has not been cancelled in SFYS TimeSlots.
• Team remains responsible
  If the Match is NOT cancelled, the Team remains responsible for the TimeSlot and Referees. Not using a scheduled TimeSlot will count against the Team. Not informing the assignor that the match has been cancelled will obligate the Team to pay for the referee crew, the assignor fee and the Pensra fee.

Out of Area Home Team and SFYS TimeSlots Away Team

The match originally scheduled for the SFYS Timeslots affiliated team to play away will now be played using SFYS TimeSlots.

• SFYS affiliated team MUST contact SFYS Staff to get match added
• SFYS affiliated team MUST update GotSoccer
• SFYS Staff can use Manage-Matches to manually add a single match or wait till the update is reflected in GotSoccer and use GotSoccer-Load

SFYS TimeSlots Home Team and SFYS TimeSlots Away Team

Both teams are affiliated with SFYS TimeSlots

• No provision is currently coded to allow this switch.
  Making the switch manually requires extreme attention to detail. Not recommended.
